Account health is not a color
Red, yellow, and green only help when the team knows what changed, who owns the next move, and what evidence would change the status.
A score only matters when it is tied to evidence, ownership, and action.
Teams do better when each health shift answers three questions:
- What changed?
- Who owns the next move?
- What signal would change this status again?
