How to make health scores actionable
Health scores only help when they point to evidence, owners, and next actions.
A score only matters when it is tied to evidence, ownership, and action.
Teams do better when each health shift answers three questions:
- What changed?
- Who owns the next move?
- What signal would change this status again?
If you can’t answer those, the color is meaningless — and so is the meeting.
